This American Life. This American Life is built out of true stories, sometimes involving topics we argue about regularly, such as the war in Ukraine, or Israelis taken hostage by Hamas. All the stories are engaging, with many sides, and transformations along the way. Through Ira Glass's lens, the challenging--sometimes alienating--world becomes more personal. The show might make some of us more open minded, and more inclined to see humanity across the boundaries that divide us one from the other.
